In-service trainings are conducted with the objective of boosting the knowledge and skills of employees for carrying out their assigned duties; they also aim to promote the overall growth of employees in all aspects. Training on matters of office administration to the subordinate staff and training on the latest technologies and developments in the fields of micro-level planning, watershed development, GIS, and RS applications, both within and outside the state, is proposed to equip the officers to discharge their duties and responsibilities more effectively and efficiently.
